Commissions open indefinitely, I am never certain of how when I will reopen commissions. All commission status updates are made through my Instagram and Twitter.

The commission application form will be available on this Carrd, Instagram and Twitter, which will remain open for 1-2 weeks.

As the modeler, I have all rights to the model, this includes publishing the work on any of the social medias I have or adding it to my portfolio.

Slots are not first come first serve, I have the right to refuse your order. Each batch is anywhere from 1-3 slots.

If you are selected: You will be contacted (in most cases, I will send you a Discord friend request, so do pay attention, this also means having friend requests and DMs open) with a notice of when I may begin on the commission. Once the commission progress starts, a price quote will be given which will be invoiced for payment.

If you are NOT selected: You will not be contacted in any way.

I will send WIPs regularly of the model progress on your preferred platform/social media.

If there is no response to all contact attempts after 72 hours, the slot will be automatically revoked/given to someone else/postponed.

Do not distribute nor claim the commissioned work, always credit me, the modeler, preferred on a visible place such as a social media bio. The runtime files are exclusive to you and no one else, including friends. Any extras fees or addons do not give rights for distribution.

You'll have all commercial rights to the model.

I usually take 4 weeks to 4 months to finish a single model, so please be patient.

Regarding future add-ons, such as outfits, hairstyles: contact me anytime to discuss of when I will be able to do such.

Previous clients have the rights to the same prices to when they commissioned.

There's no shipping of physical goods, all of the work is digital.

The client is not allowed, in any conditions, to use any part of the commissioned work for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or cryptocurrency. This includes AI databases as well.

Prices are subjected to change anytime.

Application for a commission is done via Google Forms, those accepted will be contacted

The client is contacted and all the details are discussed, the final quote is confirmed

The invoice is sent via PayPal

The invoice is paid, the commission begins being worked on

WIPs are sent to the client regularly, adjustments are made according to feedback

Once the model is finished, I will send a Google Drive folder with the .zip of the runtime model folder for VTube Studio and a doc listing all of the toggle hotkeys

Any small adjustments desired by the client will be fixed and the new fixed files will be sent to the client

If the tracking settings need any adjustments, assistance will be provided

I do not have any option for rush fees or express commissions, only commission me if you can wait.

The provided files (.psd) must be ready to rig, any part that isn't separated correctly, a fee will be charged (this only if the artist isn't willing to do such job). This does not apply if the commission you're applying to is "Art & Rigging"

The artist does not need to draw out the full expressions (even though it is still helpful for when making them in Live2D), only the extra assets are required (tears, heart pupils, angry mark, etc.)

The payment is upfront made with Paypal only, through invoice. I'll also accept half payments, but only deliver the files once the full amount is reached.

Payment must be done within 48 hours, if not, you will be put back into the waiting list.

The client can only cancel the commission if the payment hasn't been sent yet, but if I, the modeler, have to cancel the commission, a full refund will be given.

I will only refund for reasonable excuses.

You're allowed to set deadlines, but it mustn't be tight.

I will try to finish your commission as fast as I can, on my own speed, so please be patient.

I prefer to work when I'm mostly motivated so your commission is done properly and with high quality.

I expect politeness and respect when ordering a commission.

The model files given to the client are runtime only, in other words, the proper files for the tracking program. The Live2D project files are not delivered to the client unless paid for.

You may not edit, share, reuse any of the contents of the .cmo3 in other models. This counts for Live2D templates too.

By commissioning me, it means you agree, read and accepted all the terms outlined above.
